DEPARTMENTAL NEWS

11/30/2011 Four Special Police Officers Graduate from Training Academy - the Saddle Brook Police Department is proud to announce the graduation of four (4) officers from the Bergen County Special Police Officers Basic Training School. The four Class 1B Special Officers will supplement the already existing group of Specials. Their duties will include Municipal Cour Security, traffic control for events, security at high school sporting events and as needed for particular events. Class 1B Special Officers are UNARMED and as such have a limited role in the overall structure of the police department. Congratulations All!

 

 

09/13/2011 OFFICER ANNOUCES RETIREMENT - PO. Thomas Leider has announced his retirement from active service with the Saddle Brook Police Department after 25+ years of services. PO. Leider served the department in the Patrol Division for his entire career. Hi retirement will be effective 10/01/2011. We thank him for his service to the Township of Saddle Brook and specifically to the police department.
