SCHEDULE
The following is a list of notifications and scheduled events for Township
residents:
Notices
- The Township of Saddle Brook has their own web site at http://www.saddlebrooknj.us.
The site features an overall view of the township along with pages on all
the specific divisions and bureau as well as information on recycling and
calendar of events.
- Residents are reminded that the Township of
Saddle Brook has an ordinance that requires a permit for all residents having
a garage / yard / driveway sale. The permit can be obtained from the
Township offices at 93 Market Street during their regular business hours (M-F
9-4). In addition, it is illegal to post signs on utility/telephone
polls within the Township.
Calendar of Events
- NATIONAL NIGHT OUT PUBLIC SAFETY FAIR - Tuesday, August 5th, 7pm - 9pm,
Municipal parking lot, Market St. CLICK HERE FOR INFORMATION
- Township Meetings / Mayor and Council... The
monthly meeting of the Mayor and Council is scheduled for the 2nd Thursday
of each month. The meetings are held in the Municipal Building at 7:00pm.
The work session is scheduled for the previous Tuesday at 5:30pm.
Recycling Schedule:

Cablevision Channel 77 / Verizon Fios Channels 38 & 39 for up-to-date information
on the recycling collection schedule or go the the Township web site at http://www.saddlebrooknj.us
for a complete calendar.
White goods (refrigerators, stoves, etc) are picked up
every Tuesday, by appointment only. Call the DPW at 201-843-3064 for
scheduling.
Household batteries must be taken to Bergen Community
College during the Bergen County Hazardous Waste Collection program.
Residents are asked to place the recycling containers
at the curb AFTER 7:00pm the night before scheduled pick up. Any recyclables
place in plastic bags will not be accepted
